ABOUT

Twenty years in big business. Then I built my own.

The corporate years

I spent nearly two decades leading operations and software teams at General Motors and Henry Ford Health. The kind of places where the stakes are high, things are ambiguous, and someone has to bring clarity through the complexity. I launched GM’s first centralized vehicle software portfolio to align business strategy with execution. As part of the largest IT implementation in Henry Ford Health’s 100-year history, I led the surgery and anesthesia teams, improving patient care by bringing their records into one integrated system. I’ve built new teams from the ground up, stabilized ones that were struggling, and partnered with leaders at every level.

Founding my own

My wife and I co-founded Radio Chatter, a conversation-starter card game for the overland and off-road community. It started as a side hustle while I was still in corporate. Today I run it alongside my advisory work, which means I’m constantly juggling working in the business and on it: product development, fulfillment, marketing, customer support, website development, and wholesale partnerships. I’ve been the bottleneck in my own business, so I know what it feels like from the owner’s seat.

Building with AI

AI is changing how work gets done, and it’s moving fast. I keep up with it constantly, and I use it every day in my own businesses first. Radio Chatter is my testing ground: I built our iOS and Android apps with AI tools, and I try new AI workflows there before I bring them to a client.

At an OpenAI hackathon, my team placed 2nd by building a custom GPT for a real local business. By the end, it was handling their brand voice for marketing, answering customer emails from their FAQ, writing social posts in their style, and recommending ways to grow their B2B business. Now I build custom AI agents for my clients, so routine work comes off their team’s plate and that time goes back into growing the business.
