As an entrepreneur, intrapreneur and creative problem solver, I have a wide range of skills that could benefit your company on a short-term basis, also often referred to as a 'fractional employee'.
Fundamentally, I am a process engineer: via education and by my natural way of thinking. I have leveraged this in official process improvement roles as an internal consultant; when building new programs, departments, and teams; or as a volunteer helping small businesses solve their efficiency problems via single day sessions.
Additionally, with over a decade of people and department leadership, I am also skilled as a short-term fill-in for your critical business roles. For example, as an internal consultant at Henry Ford Health System, I served as the interim administrator for the emergency rooms at Henry Ford Hospital, handling day to day operations while a national search was ongoing to find a permanent administrator.
