Coaching

I have been fortunate to have great coaches and mentors in my career, hopefully you have too! After many years of hearing about hiring a coach, I took the plunge and found and hired a personal coach myself, someone that I did not know and they did not know me.

As I leave corporate America to embark on my own journey, one of the things I will miss the most is having a team of employees to work with, coach, and mentor. I thrive in environments where I can work with individuals to be the best versions of themselves.

If you are interested in challenging yourself and charting a path for yourself, let me help. Use my booking page to schedule a complimentary, no strings-attached 30 minute session with me. After we determine what your goals are and if we decide to proceed, we will discuss cost and duration of the sessions.

-Paul

Still Unsure?

Here are some things people have said:

Paul is a good mentor.  His team appreciates the time that he spends with them to help them think through their careers.  Paul also puts a lot of time and effort into assessing his employees, thinking about their strengths and opportunities, and then working to get them into a role where they can exploit their strengths and experience professional growth and satisfaction.
Paul is also a great mentor and manager, that I go to for advice, help or conversation.  He is a great leader, but you can also talk to him as a "real person!"
In one of my "low moments," I reached out to him to say "I need help!"  He quickly agreed to find time to meet and discuss - and we had such a great conversation for how to handle people's behaviors, work problems and more.
He has provided valuable feedback and has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by helping team members improve on their weaknesses and bringing out the best version of everyone in the team by creating a healthy work environment.
Some of Paul's strengths are leading through ambiguous situations, listening, digesting, and working through conflict, and educating/mentoring his colleagues.
